Meet again in my blog guys ... Again we start the day of practice in the Makassar Poltekpar kitchen, our beloved campus. Today is different from last week today we got the task to make 1 set of menus ranging from appetizer to main course because there will be guests who will come on campus, my group gets the task of making main courses, as for the menu that we prepare today is:
