               Assalamu Alaikum Wr.Wb

Hi guys see you again on my blog nihh come back again I will tell you my activities on this day. The beginning of my activities today is to remove the croissants from the freezer that has been made by my group's colleagues namely Indra and Ranggo. I moved the croissant from the freezer to the chiller so the dough would not freeze and keep it quiet for 2 hours, then bake.

after that we were directed by chef Salam to make the pie stuff we made yesterday, each group get the task mebuat stuffing different pie and my group get the task to make pie with stuffing cheese cake

As for the recipi cheese Cake given by chef Salam

Filling

-600 gr Cream Cheese

-100 gr sugar

-2 Tblsp Flour

-1 pcs whole egg

-2 pcs egg yolk

-80 gr heavy cream

-2 tsp lemon zost (Chopped)

Frosting

-160 gr Heavy Cream

-20 gr Simple Syrup

-3 gr Gelatin

-2 tbsp basil seed
