Today we started with the percentage of ingredient ingredients brought by my friend Musriani, she brought material about spinach, we listened carefully to what he brought. After that we continued the practice of making Croissants, we were given the latest Croissant recipe and hoped that this croissant would work.
I also prepared the ingredients and tools that will be used to make croissants with my colleague Indra and Ranggo. After making Croissants we got the assignment to make sponge cake. Each group got the task of making a different sponge cake and I got the task of making "Mandarin Chocolate Sponge" along with the ingredients used.
