       Assalamu Alaikum Wr.Wb

Today is different from the previous day. Why is it different? Because the previous days we entered the kitchen at 8:00 a.m. and today we were ordered in at 7:00 a.m. This morning there are groups that stay in the rector's Lounge for "Bread Corner" from 07:00 to 10:00. The group in charge is group 2 consisting of: Arih Raihana Samsons, Indra Prakusya, Novita Safitri, Muh. Kurniawan, Vicky Saiful and I Made Manuarsa.



         Then I proceeded to process the leaveng yesterday to be made into bread, first I mixed the leaveng with 700 gr of flour and 300 gr of water then mixed it flat and allowed it to stand for 30 minutes to 4 hours. While waiting for me to do the assignment given today that is making Mango pie. And I continued to make bread after about 2 hours I added salt to the mixture and then silenced it again for 30 minutes after 30 minutes I applied it until it was smooth, then it was formed in such a way then in profing and finally bake
